Signed and dated by artist on rear. A nice pen and ink drawing of LaVey, taken from the famous photo. Also included is a 20pp A5 stapled booklet of art which includes this piece among other portraits of Charles Manson, Kenneth Anger etc. The art was originally intended for a Headpress book on the occult scene in 60s/70s California but it never materialised.
