After marrying his new wife Vera, the couple went to her home country of Brazil with the idea of filming a documentary. This never materialised but instead Clouzot wrote this book on various aspects of Brazilian religion and magic. Includes 8 photographs taken by Clouzot and a useful glossary of terms. A scarce item with no English edition.
